This page explains how table reservations at Syake Sushi work, what confirmation means, and what to do if your plans change.
Four simple rules.
We keep the process straightforward so you know exactly what to expect.
WhatsApp confirmation
Your booking becomes confirmed when Syake confirms the reservation with you on WhatsApp.
Please arrive on time
If you are running late, message Syake as soon as possible so the team knows you are still coming.
Tell us the correct group size
Table availability depends on the number of guests, so please update Syake if your group size changes.
Requests are requests
Outdoor seating, preferred tables and special arrangements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed automatically.
Request first. Confirmation second.
The Book a Table page prepares your reservation request with the date, time, guest count and any optional special request. The request is then sent to Syake on WhatsApp.
Your table is considered reserved only after Syake confirms the booking with you. If the requested time is unavailable, Syake may suggest another available time.

If your plans change, the best thing you can do is message Syake as soon as possible.
Need a different time?
Message Syake on WhatsApp. The new time is subject to current availability and should be treated as confirmed only after Syake confirms the change.
More or fewer guests?
Tell Syake before arrival. A different group size may require a different table and may affect availability.
Can't make it?
Please cancel through WhatsApp as early as you can so the table can be released for other guests.
Running late?
Send Syake a message as soon as you know. Late arrival can affect table availability, especially during busy periods.
Tell us what matters.
Outdoor seating
You're welcome to request it. Final seating depends on availability at the time of your visit.
Birthday or celebration
Add the occasion in your Special Request so Syake knows before you arrive.
Large groups
For larger parties, advance confirmation is especially important because table arrangements may need more planning.
Food allergies
Reservation notes do not replace an allergen check. Please speak with Syake directly before ordering if you have an allergy or intolerance.
No hidden rule.
Syake does not publish a general deposit or cancellation-fee rule on this page. If a particular reservation, event or large group requires a deposit or another special condition, Syake will tell you before the reservation is confirmed so you can agree to it first.
